Customer Agreements and User Terms for Products and Services

As subscriber to SME Tools Services the Customer agrees to be bound by the provisions contained in the Order Form, the provisions contained in the Master Service Agreement, and the policies, guidelines, procedures and practices of the relevant Third Party Service Provider, as amended from time to time, and published on this Documentation page.

Use of any one of the SME Tools Services constitutes acceptance of the Documentation that relates to the Service used.
